Ordering Instructions:
1. When ordering a battery pack, customers must provide: vehicle make and model, battery pack specifications, voltage (V) and capacity (Ah), maximum dimensions of the accompanying iron box (length * width * height / total height), connector specifications, and a photo of the battery pack (top view).
2. Payment Methods: This website is for display purposes only. Since forklift batteries are custom-made products, a 30% deposit is required before production, and a 70% balance is due upon completion.
3. Shipping: Since batteries are large items, please provide your destination port after confirming your order. We will determine the shipping cost based on the port and the freight forwarder. You may also choose your preferred freight forwarder.
4. Import Taxes: All prices include China VAT but do not include import taxes in the destination country. Import taxes are determined by the purchaser’s destination government. For countries with free trade agreements with China, we can provide a certificate of origin to reduce import taxes.
5. Returns and Exchanges: Forklift batteries are brand new, custom-made products. Due to the unique nature of custom products, returns are not accepted. We provide a two-year warranty against battery quality issues.
