Ordering Information:
1. When ordering batteries, customers need to provide the following information: vehicle brand and model, battery specifications, voltage (V) and capacity (Ah), maximum dimensions of the accompanying metal casing (length*width*height/total height), connector specifications, and a photo of the battery (top view).
2. Payment Method: This website provides information for reference only. As forklift batteries are customized products, a 30% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 70% is due upon completion of the product.
3. Shipping: Due to the large size of the battery, please provide the port of destination when confirming the order. Shipping costs will be determined based on the port and freight forwarder. You can also choose your preferred freight forwarder.
4. Import Duties: All prices include applicable VAT in China but do not include import duties in the destination country. Import duties are determined by the government of the buyer’s destination country. For countries with free trade agreements with China, we can provide a certificate of origin to reduce import duties. 5. Returns and Exchanges: All forklift batteries are brand new, custom-made products. Due to the special nature of custom-made products, returns are not accepted. Batteries come with a five-year warranty.

The received shipment was in perfect condition. The charger was also specially configured to accommodate our country's applicable AC input voltage—three-phase 220V.

Regarding the input voltage of chargers, China uses single-phase 220V and three-phase 380V. Thanks to my long-term experience, I know that some countries use single-phase 110V and three-phase 220V. These are important differences to note.
